TRAVEL
HOTEL: Must be same hotel as the client - 1 room per photographer | 2 nights domestic | 3 nights international

TRANSPORTATION: Per diem $75 per day for Uber/car rental
TRAVEL COSTS WAIVED: If full balance is paid upfront. Only applies to domestic (US) weddings.
OUR PROCESS
BOOKING
To officially reserve your elopement date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance, including any applicable travel fees, is due 14 days prior to your elopement.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your contract and invoice—all paperwork and payments are handled digitally for a seamless booking experience.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Elopements: Delivered within 6–8 weeks, unless you’ve added a fast delivery upgrade
Sneak Peek (when included): Delivered within 48–72 hours, depending on your package
PACKAGE UPGRADES
You’re welcome to upgrade your package, add coverage time, or include additional services at any point—just be sure to submit final changes at least 30 days before your elopement to ensure availability.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
Image counts vary based on your timeline and package, but typically range between 100 and 300+ professionally edited images, depending on your coverage.
SNEAK PEEK PHOTOS
If your package includes it, you’ll receive 15–25 sneak peek images just days after your elopement—perfect for sharing the moment with loved ones.
EDITING PROCESS
All final images are edited in our signature HVRI Visuals style—emotive, cinematic, and true-to-life in color and tone.
For portraits and close-up moments, you’ll also have the option to select a few favorites for detailed retouching (blemish removal, skin smoothing, etc.).
PRE-ELOPEMENT MEETING
We’ll schedule a Zoom or phone call to learn more about your vision, location plans, and timeline. Whether it’s a simple cliffside ceremony or a multi-location adventure, this ensures we’re aligned and prepared to document your day authentically.
