Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the images we create will become part of your legacy. We don’t take that responsibility lightly. This guide will walk you through what it’s like to work with us, from our approach to the experience we offer. We encourage you to read through it fully so you can get a true sense of how we document love—intentionally, artistically, and with care.

TRAVEL
HOTEL: Must be same hotel as the client - 1 room per photographer | 2 nights domestic | 3 nights international

TRANSPORTATION: Per diem $75 per day for Uber/car rental
TRAVEL COSTS WAIVED: If full balance is paid upfront. Only applies to domestic (US) weddings.
OUR PROCESS
BOOKING
To officially reserve your wedding date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance, including any applicable travel fees, is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a formal contract and invoice—all paperwork and payments are handled digitally for your convenience.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Engagement Sessions: Delivered within 2 weeks
Weddings: Delivered within 6–8 weeks, unless you’ve selected a fast delivery upgrade.
PACKAGE UPGRADES
You’re welcome to upgrade your package or add services at any time, just make sure all final requests are submitted at least 90 days before your wedding.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
Image counts vary depending on your wedding’s size and flow, but you can typically expect 500–1,000 final images.
SNEAK PEEK PHOTOS
You’ll receive 15–20 sneak peek photos within a few days after your wedding—perfect for sharing while the excitement is fresh.
EDITING PROCESS
All delivered images are professionally edited in our signature HVRI Visuals style—think vibrant, cinematic, and emotionally true-to-the-moment.
For your more intimate portraits (like couple shots), you’ll have the option to select favorites for detailed retouching (blemish removal, skin smoothing, etc.).
